With a background in non-profit work and psychology, Eva Hartman has built a foundation in the community since she moved here ten years ago. In the last few years she has earned many successes in real estate including in 2006 receiving the title of being in the top 5% of agents in the mountains. With her strong education background she knows the importance of sharing her knowledge of real estate with both her clients and her colleagues in the industry. Amy Giles

Growing up in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Amy Giles remembers Asheville before its recent boom and also has a keen understanding of where our community is heading. She recognizes the importance of keeping up to date on all the new and exciting changes happening as Asheville grows and prospers. Amy recently moved from a larger company to team up with Eva so she can provide the specialize service she would expect herself. Before her real estate career she was a principle partner at an Executive Recruiting company. Although she was quite successful, her desire was to work with clients face to face. Her personal passion has always been people and helping them fulfill their goals, which is why she is considered by her clients and co-agents as one of the best agents in Asheville.
